In the event that your ICMB unit experiences any hardware or software difficulity, our certified technicians will immediately evaluate and resolve any issues via our secure remote control capability. If the unit cannot be resolved immediately via remote connection, a replacement unit will be configured and shipped next day express to your facility for 'plug & play' replacement.
